The objective was to build a mobile MVP to validate a hypothesis: combining daily habit tracking with emotional journaling for male users. The project required rapid execution to test the market and prepare for investor pitches.

Context
The founder identified an underserved segment in the mental health app market: male users. The objective was to build a mobile MVP to test a hypothesis that combined daily habit tracking with emotional journaling. The project required a fast-paced design execution to validate the market and prepare for investor pitches.

Process
The workflow bypassed standard agency structures, relying on direct, synchronous collaboration with the founder. The client provided market research and structural wireframes. My role was to translate these initial marketing requirements into a functional and scalable digital product.

Execution
I engineered a component-based UI kit optimized for rapid development. Rather than designing standalone screens, I built a modular design system. This allowed the developer to assemble the app efficiently and gave the founder the flexibility to scale the UI directly in Xcode in the future. The visual language was kept minimal and strict to align with the target demographic.

Result
Delivered a polished MVP visual concept and a scalable component library. This enabled the founder to quickly validate the core hypothesis, test early user onboarding, and present the product to investors with minimal upfront resource expenditure.
