Partnering directly with the founder as Creative Design Partner, I manage the ecosystem from business strategy and investor materials to custom web interfaces and physical HMI 3D prototyping, driving a 30% increase in valuation ask.

Context & Challenge
PEM (Pearl Electric Motors) is an innovative mobility startup developing electric scooters in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous industry. The challenge was to translate raw technical ambition and complex engineering data into a unified, premium brand ecosystem that builds immediate trust with investors, partners, and early adopters.

Process
Working in constant ambiguity, I act as the founder's right hand to structure the chaos into a clear business and marketing strategy. I established a centralized Notion knowledge base as the single source of truth for all strategic decisions and brand assets, engineered to seamlessly onboard future AI-driven workflows while autonomously managing the brand's narrative and editorial strategy across public channels.

Execution
The execution bridges digital and physical architecture. I designed the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for the vehicle's custom speedometer across critical states (Startup, Default Motion, Charging) and used 3D software (Blender/Fusion 360) to model a physical mount ready for 3D printing. Simultaneously, I deployed the responsive web interface with custom React-based configuration components and handled EU legal compliance infrastructure.

Results
The strategic partnership remains ongoing, delivering dynamic layout updates, pitch decks, and scaling the ecosystem autonomously as production moves forward.
