Spearheaded the redesign of a multi-role EdTech ecosystem. Acting as the sole product designer and business analyst, I engineered a scalable token-based design system and streamlined complex workflows - from LMS integrations to cross-role dashboards - managing the entire product cycle autonomously.

Context
An EdTech startup envisioned a platform that serves as a single "source of truth" for a user's lifelong learning journey. The concept combined traditional course tracking (LMS), offline event badges, and spontaneous "learning moments" into a verified professional profile for recruiters. The challenge was to redesign a highly complex, chaotic legacy platform catering to multiple user roles: students, university administrators, and college rectors.

Process
Operating with highly ambiguous requirements, I took on the combined roles of Product Designer, Project Manager, and Business Analyst. To maximize efficiency and extract clear business logic from stakeholder meetings, I integrated AI tools into my workflow - transcribing calls and instantly generating structured action plans. This autonomous approach allowed me to map out an extensive matrix of user flows and permissions without needing an external management layer.

Execution
The core technical achievement was engineering a comprehensive Design System from scratch. Built strictly on design tokens and variables, it was fully synchronized with the development team's architecture. On the product side, I designed intuitive interfaces for deep, complex workflows: multi-level admin panels, student assignment submissions, LMS integrations, and dynamic achievement tracking.

Result
Successfully delivered a scalable, developer-ready design architecture and validated user flows for the platform's most complex features. The foundational system and structured workflows were fully handed off, setting a robust standard for the platform's future development.
